The book is well-written and easy to follow

This book is a detailed series of erotic date nights for couples. Each night has its own chapter, with a grouping of related exercises, all clearly described, and each chapter builds on the next. You will learn communication skills, verbal and non-verbal. You will learn to expand your own response to the stimulation of your senses. You will learn how to heal your own body image. You will learn how to increase intimacy on a daily level with your partner.
The book is well-written and easy to follow. The photography is not explicit, and more follows the mood of the chapters rather than illustrate them.
I highly recommend the book to those who want to add an adventurous intimacy to their relationship. Although currently out of print the Kindle version is quite good and hard-bound copies are available from several vendors.

My husband and I have been trying different exercises in this book for about a year. We don't always do them as long as the book recommends or in order. But I love the increased connection we have because of the tantra exercises. It is a great book.
